Using As Goes Janesville as a cautionary tale about what happens when partisan polarization derails economic development, BizLab is our engagement initiative to bring together business, labor, civic and community leaders. Together, we honestly address tough economic issues like falling wages, tax subsidies, globalism, economic development and our shrinking middle class.

Our goal is to help communities eschew rancor and pursue inclusive strategies that rebuild local economies in the spirit of common purpose. BizLabs can take several forms, from convening post-film screening panels that represent an array of a given community’s economic stakeholders to workshops throughout a community over the course of several days.
